I’m Charisma Acey and I founded Outreach by Design to help mission-driven leaders of public agencies and socially responsible organizations broaden their reach and deepen their impact by reconnecting with a deep sense of purpose and aligning mission and operations with outcomes that create a more equitable, just and sustainable society. I do this by helping you leverage your influence to scale your reach and impact in ways that are embraced by your organization and community.
What does success look like to you?
This started out as a very personal mission to find the holy grail between making a difference in my immediate work addressing social disparities through community-engaged research, finding ways to serve and inspire more people to pursue their passions in personally fulfilling ways.
