Who We Are

For over 20 years, Outreach by Design founder Charisma Acey, Ph.D., has helped communities, non-profits, local governments, academia and industry develop interventions that improve social and environmental outcomes. She founded Outreach by Design to support and empower a new generation of leaders and champions of inclusive community participation and stakeholder engagement committed to ensuring equitable outcomes for vulnerable people and communities fighting for social, economic and environmental equality.
